About PromptGraph

PromptGraph.ai makes dealerships readable and recommendable by AI. We deploy the structured data, the llms.txt, and the per-rooftop MCP server that lets ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Google's AI surfaces find a store and act on it. Then we measure whether it worked, with a method we publish.

What we believe

Measure like an operator. A number a GM cannot check on Monday morning is not a number. Every score we publish comes with the method behind it.

Absolute, not relative. Setting the market leader to 100 tells a dealer he is winning when he is the tallest guy in a room of short people. We score against what an AI agent actually needs, so a 40 is a 40 everywhere.

Readiness before visibility. You cannot fix a visibility number directly. You can fix the reasons behind it. So we measure both and show the connection.

Platform-agnostic. We work on top of whatever website provider a store has. We are not trying to replace it.

The work in public

The Readiness Index scores thousands of franchise rooftops on the same checks, for free, with the method attached. If a store wants its data corrected or rescanned, one email does it.
